Things just aren’t going well for One Direction. Now that Zayn has had the sense to go back to working in McDonalds, the boys have been hit with even more ill luck.
A weekend concert in Dubai was dramatically halted as fans rushed towards the stage and fell over a safety barrier. Many people reportedly fainted amid crazy scenes that led to the 1D boys fleeing the stage.
Fans had paid up to £180 a ticket for the concert. Like Britney’s legs, a fool and their money are easily parted.
Amidst the chaos, Harry Styles told the crowd to be patient and concluded in trademark profound style that ‘a girl has been injured at the back.’
Another eyewitness said: ‘She just fell backwards onto the ground. Everyone was trying to sit on the barrier or jump to the other section.’
A paramedic who treated the girl that Harry had referred to, told 7 Days newspaper: ‘She fell backwards but she’s okay now. I think she was about 14 or 15 years old. Luckily it was a minor injury.’
Disaster seems to have been averted with nobody killed; although thousands probably went home deaf because they got to hear a few songs before it all went tits up.
Now that Zayn has gone hopefully the others will start dropping like flies as well. Keep crushing your fans, boys, soon nobody will care anyway.
